Jenn and I completed our 2nd quaifier for the running club, Half Fanatics this morning in the lovely town of Bothell, WA. We chose to do an early start (7am instead of 8) which meant it was another early morning. But we did well, finishing the out and back course in 3 hours and 17 minutes. My phone says 3 hours and 14 minutes...either way, it was a good time for us. We ran the first half of the race at a 2 to 1 pace (two minutes of rest to one minute of jogging) and then upped the speed to 1 to 1 for the second half. Go US!!!

I think she likes to be taller than me once in a while. :)
One more race to go; Skagit Flats in September. Whoot!
