Jenn and I had to get one more good training session in before our next race this weekend. Tonight we tackled the 140th hill and attempted to run UP parts of it. Which we did a little of. But we were distracted by a crazy downpour and then this amazing double rainbow, which just had to be appreciated! Overall, we did 6.5 miles in 1 hr 42 mins. I am proud of us, and am much warmer after a long, hot shower.
